Who we are

Lightoras is an independent brand operating from Easton, Pennsylvania. By placing an order on lightoras, you agree to these terms.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We accept that offer when we send you a shipment confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the full amount.

Pricing

All prices are in United States dollars. Shipping is free. There are no additional fees added at checkout beyond the product price and any applicable sales tax. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before charging and give you the option to cancel.

Product descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Minor variations in color or finish may occur between production batches, and screen settings can affect how colors appear. If you receive a product that materially differs from its description, you may return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Lightoras name, logo, product photography, and website content are owned by Lightoras. You may not use them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lightoras is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
